Insainly Sweet Banana Bread

• Serves: 10-15

ingredients

• 1 cup sifted flour
• 3⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 3⁄4 cup butter
• 4 eggs, no blood
• 4 -5 overripe bananas
• 3⁄4 teaspoon vanilla

directions

1. Mash bananas.
2. Separate egg white and egg yolk.
3. Cream butter and vanilla.
4. Beat egg white until stiff; beat in sugar until dissolved, then add yolks.
5. Fold in creamed butter to egg mixture and mix until smooth.
6. Add in mashed banana, then the flour and baking soda.
7. Bake for 1 hour on 350 F oven or Gas Mark 4.
8. You can add cashews and/or pecans and honey on top and in the mix.
