ingredients

• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 2 tablespoons onions, minced
• 1 tablespoon red curry paste
• 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

directions

1. Mix all ingredients into a paste.
2. Cut slashes into chicken of choice and cover in paste.
