- 1 ounce espresso
- 2 ounces milk, steamed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon brandy extract
- whipped cream
- ice
directions
- Combine espresso, milk and extract in a cup, over ice.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with a thin wafer if desired.
