Icecream Cookie Sandwiches!

• Ingredients: 3
• Yields: 8 sandwiches
• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened. (or any other flavor )
• 16 chocolate chip cookies
• chocolate sprinkles

directions

1. Spread 3 tablespoons ice cream on the downside of 6 of the cookies.
2. Add 1 cookie on each icecream spread cookie, so you cover it.
3. Sprinkle sprinkles on the sides.
4. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
5. Enjoy!1.
