• 4 pork loin chops
• 6 tablespoons honey
• 3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce

directions

1. Stir together honey and hot pepper sauce.
2. Season chops with salt and pepper and grill over medium hot fire.
3. Baste with sauce during grilling.
4. Remove from grill and brush with remaining glaze.

This was really very good, and I served it with couscous. Not enough heat for those of us who like it spicy, but I didn't hear complaints from the Tender Tongues.
