- 3 quarts popped corn
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup light corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup dried fruit, bits (2 (0.9 oz)
directions
- Pour popcorn into a bowl coated with cooking spray, set aside.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in honey and next 3 ingredients . Bring to a boil over medium heat; stirring constantly. Boil; without stirring, 7 minutes or until candy thermometer registers 250°F.
- Remove from heat . Stir in cinnamon, soda, and vanilla, pour over popcorn, stirring to coat. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 15X10 inch jellyroll pan.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden, stirring every 5 minutes. Stir in dried fruit; cool. Serve in airtight containers.
