DIRECTIONS

  • Place all ingredients, except butter, into a double boiler.
  • Stir until mixture begins to thicken.
  • Remove from heat; stir in butter.
  • Serve over broccoli or spinache souffle.
  • This will not curdle and may be kept in the refrigerator.
