  • Melt butter in frying pan and add sliced onion. sauté until caramelized but don't burn them.
  • Spread Ground Chuck until very flat. Cold smoke for 20 minutes using whatever wood you prefer. I use Hickory Wood Pellets. See video on Youtube to see how.
  • Make patties how every you like. I use a burger press and make them 6oz.
  • Grill burgers to your liking. Slap on Bun and top with Caramelized Onions and whatever you like. Enjoy.
