- 5 small bananas (very ripe)
- 4 tablespoons dates, mash
- 3 cups spelt flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 large egg
directions
- Mash up bananas.
- Mix in date mash.
- Add spelt flour and mix it and the rest of the main ingredients together.
- Stir well together and pour into a cake silicon model bread loaf or greased bread loaf tin.
- Bake at 180°C for 50 minutes.
