Healthy Banana Bread

"This delicius banana bread is great with butter and cheese. To make date mash, you put 10 dates in a pot with 1/4 cup water. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. And then mash it with hand blender. You can keep it in the freezer and use it to sweet'n your oatmel porrige. In stead of date mash you can use 1 cup raw sugar. Also it's delicious to add walnuts."

  • Mash up bananas.
  • Mix in date mash.
  • Add spelt flour and mix it and the rest of the main ingredients together.
  • Stir well together and pour into a cake silicon model bread loaf or greased bread loaf tin.
  • Bake at 180°C for 50 minutes.
