  • In a medium bowl stir together mayonaise, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper. Add cabbage and broccoli: toss to coat. Cover and chill for 1 to 4 hours.
  • Place a cheese slice on top of each ham slice. Spoon about 2 tablespoons cabbage mixture onto center of each cheese slice. Roll up: secure with toothpicks.
