- 1 lb sliced boiled ham (lunch meat)
- 1 (6 ounce) container cream cheese
- 4 -5 green onions
directions
- Lay the ham out on a large cutting board, single layer. Pat dry w/paper towel.
- Spread about a tablespoon cream cheese on each slice.
- Place a thin slice of green onion (only the green part) on each slice of ham.
- Roll up jelly roll style. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Refridgerate overnight. Insert toothpick in each.
