ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 lbs ground ham
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground pork
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 3 cups graham crackers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups tomato soup
- 2⁄3 cup vinegar
- 2 1⁄2 cups brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard
directions
- Sauce ingredients include: 1 can tomoato soup.
- 2/3 cups vinegar.
- 2 1/2 cups brown sugar.
- 1/2 tsp mustard.
- Mix meats together, and add eggs,milk, and cracker, and salk and pepper.
- Make into cone shape balls.
- Freeze on cookie sheets.
- Separate into freezing bags.
- Take from freezer as nneded.
- Bake 1 hour.
- 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Baste with sauce during cooking.
- Mix ingredients together for sauce.
- Pour over ham balls baste once or twice while baking.
