"This is yummy comfort food and a great way to use up leftover ham. I don't know where this recipe came from, it's one that my mother made a lot when I was a child."

  1. This is an excellent dish. I can see putting it together the night before and having it for breakfast the next morning. Preparation was straight forward and simple. I can see making this again. Thanks for sharing.
  2. Ohhh, this was Good! For breakfast or for a Sunday brunch this is hard to beat. The flavors all blend together for a mouthwatering treat. Truly delicious! I will be making this again soon for sure. Thanks for sharing this little gem.
  3. I'm liking this, but it seemed to need something. DW & DD put ketchup on it which appalled me. I'm thinking the addition of a cream sauce maybe? Will definitely make again, but will tweek it a bit. Thanks for posting!
  4. I must concur with the above review. This really is a cosmic experience to have for breakfast. And YOU CAN make these the night before, refidgerate and reheat the next morning for a quick breakfast. This will wake you up and make you happy if you are NOT a morning person. This will be your motivation to get out of bed. Try it. It will work. I bet money on it! My jet-laged, sloth brother is here to visit and NOTHING gets him up when he is sleep deprived: I made these for him. The next morning we had to be up early to go to MV and I could not get him to wake up until I promised him these! (It was a good thing I had some premade from the night before)
