DIRECTIONS

  • In a small pot caramelize onions with oil.
  • Add spices and keep stirring with whisk

  • Then add stout.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium and simmer until reduced by about half. Sauce will thicken quite a lot as it cools.
