Grilled Bocconcini Skewers

- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 1⁄4 baguette, loaf
- 1 (200 g) container bocconcini
directions
- Combine olive oil, parsley, capers, Dijon, mustard, lemon juice and anchovies.
- Slice baguette into 20 thin slices and 8 bocconcini cheese balls into 16 halves. Threads 5 slices of bread and 4 pieces of cheese on each skewer, alternating each, beginning and ending with bread.
- Grill skewer, turning often, until bread is toasted and cheese begins to melt, 4-5 minutes. Remove from grill; drizzle with anchovy sauce.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
