  • Preheat BBQ or chargrill.
  • Combine water, ginger, lime juice and chilli, stir well set aside.
  • Toss asparagus in oil and grill until charred on all sides.
  • Mix with garlic and sesame seeds.
  • Add soy and reserved ginger mixture. Serve.
