- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup onion (chopped)
- 8 ounces Ortega green chilies (small can chopped)
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 ounces pimientos (small jar chopped with juice)
- 1 (12 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (12 ounce) package tortilla chips
directions
- Brown ground beef and onion. Drain.
- Add chilies, pimientos, soup, Velveeta cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
- Layer in a 9x13 baking dish, 1/2 chips, all meat mixture, cheddar cheese, remaining chips.
- Bake in 350°F oven until cheese is melted.
