DIRECTIONS

  • In food processor, combine cheese, oil, lemon juice, garlic, green onions, tomatoes and red peppers.
  • Blend well to form a nice smooth paste.
  • If too thick, thin with a little more oil.
  • Serve with pita bread, crackers or crusty bread.
