Granny Owsley’s Spiced Pecans

- Beat egg whites and water till frothy.
- Put pecan halves in bowl and pour egg mixture over them. Coat well.
- Pour sugar mixture over and coat well.
- Pour melted butter in bottom of cookie sheet.
- Place pecans on cookie sheet in a single layer.
- Bake 240 degrees for 1 ½ hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Store in airtight container.
