Can I use Panko breadcrumbs and how much flour do I use? Sorry, do I have to use the wine?

Absolutely delicious! Very forgiving. I am no masterchef but this had everyone in rapture!

Very delicious...I own a small bar and grill was looking for a great recipe for meatball sliders. I was watching Kitchen Nightmares and Ramsey did them as a special, so I had to look for his recipe and found this. I did not make the marinara, I have my own mixture of sauces, but the meatballs were excellent, and a huge hit for my slider night.

And he did it again.... Whatever I have cooked from Gordon is always a success. The only thing I did different was that instead of using pork and beef, I just used the whole amount in beef mince, because I didn't have any pork. They are delicious. Would definitely make again!
