DIRECTIONS

  • Place grated dry potatoes in large bowl.
  • Add eggs, rice flour and salt.
  • Mix well, stirring gently.
  • Drop tablespoons of mixture into hot oiled frying pan.
  • Fry on each side until golden brown.
  • Serve hot or cold.
