Gluten Free and Dairy Free Chocolate Dipping Sauce

- 1 cup lactose-free milk, whole
- 2 teaspoons vegan butter
- 1 1⁄4 cups chocolate chips, without gluten and dairy
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, optional for more sweeteness
directions
- In a sauce pan on medium heat add milk, cocoa, butter and cook until this starts to bubble.
- Add all the chocolate chips and turn off the heat, keep mixing.
- Mix until the chocolate sauce starts to thicken, take off the heat. Add to a glass microwave bowl to cool.
- Place a top onto the bowl so a skin will not form.
- If you do not eat this right away let cool to room temperature, place in the refrigerator. When you are ready place in a microwave bowl and place in a microwave for 30 seconds just to warm. Take out and start dipping.
