  • Beat cream cheese and mayo at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  • Stir in pecans and ginger, distributing evenly.
  • Remove crust from bread.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over 12 slices of bread.
  • Place remaining bread slices over cream cheese mixture to make sandwiches.
  • Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles.
