- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2⁄3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 24 slices thin-sliced whole wheat bread
directions
- Beat cream cheese and mayo at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in pecans and ginger, distributing evenly.
- Remove crust from bread.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over 12 slices of bread.
- Place remaining bread slices over cream cheese mixture to make sandwiches.
- Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles.
