  • 12 cup fresh fruit, cut into small pieces
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 40 g instant breakfast drink mix (strawberry or vanilla)
  • 12 teaspoon honey

  • Freeze yogurt for approximately 1/2 hour, or until firm.
  • Blend "frozen yogurt", fruit and milk until smooth.
  • Add Instant Breakfast and honey and blend until completely combined.
  • Pour into large glass and enjoy.
