- 2 (20 ounce) cans chunk pineapple
- 20 ounces sliced can peaches
- 16 ounces frozen strawberries
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages reg. vanilla pudding
- 3 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges
- 4 bananas
- 2 (3 ounce) boxes strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
- 3 tablespoons minute tapioca
directions
- Drain all the juice to make 4 cups. Add pudding, Jell-o and tapioca; cook slowly until thick, then cool it. Pour mixture over fruit and refrigerate for couple hours before serving. Keeps in refrigerator for several days.
