- 1⁄2 cup walnut pieces
- 1⁄2 cup slivered almonds
- 1⁄4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1⁄2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 1⁄2 cup seven-grain cereal
- 1⁄2 cup cashews
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄2 cup shredded coconut
- 3⁄4 cup molasses
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup quick oats (dry)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
directions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add molasses and stir until combined.
- Press mixture firmly into a 9 x 16" cookie sheet.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Allow to cool
- Cut into bars.
