  • 2 12 ounces sparkling wine
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 1 ounce peach puree
  • 1 ounce simple syrup, with a squeeze lemon (to make ( dissolve one part sugar to one part boiling water squeeze in lemon, then cool)
  • 1 lemon, juice of

  • Blend all ingredients with ice.
  • Garnish with a peach wedge.

  1. These were nice, but very strong on the lemon juice. After tasting this I ended up doubling the other ingredients to take the edge off. It was quite nice after that. Yum! Thanks adena mangis! Made for PAC Spring 2008.
