¹⁄₂ cup peach nectar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 oz
¹⁄₄ cup peach schnapps
crushed ice
³⁄₄ cup sparkling white wine or 3/4 cup champagne, chilled and divided

directions

Mix peach nectar, lemon juice, peach schnapps and 1/2 cup Champagne in a blender until smooth.
Pour into Champagne flutes.
Top each glass with 1/2 of remaining 1/4 cup of champagne.
