Fresh Lemon Ginger Tea

ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 60 g gingerroot
- 30 g lemongrass
- 15 g chrysanthemum herbs
- 5 g dried rosemary
- 5 g dried licorice, slice
- 1500 ml water
- 150 g soft brown sugar
directions
- Pound peeled ginger root, coarsely chopped lemon grass, rosemary and licorice all together in a stone pounder.
- Add water and mixture in a ceramic cooking pot.
- Bring it to broil.
- Put in chrysanthemum flowers.
- Cover with lit and turn down the fire. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Turn off fire and steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the tea with a muslin bag.
- Mix in sugar until dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and wait for for 5 minutes before enjoy the tea.
