"French Silk Brownies"

ingredients

• 18 ounces brownie mix, box
• 1 egg
• 1⁄4 cup unsalted butter
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 4 ounces semi sweet bakers chocolate bars
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
• 16 ounces Cool Whip

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Grease 9x9 square glass baking dish.
3. Prepare brownie mix as directed on box.
4. Spread into dish and bake for 25-28 minutes; Cool completely .
5. Beat cream cheese and vanilla; Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
6. Melt chocolate bar and butter in microwave; Add to cream cheese mixture.
7. Fold in 1 tub of Cool Whip.
8. Spread over cooled brownies.
9. Top with other tub of Cool Whip.
10. Can top with chocolate shavings if desired.
