  • Add all ingredients to a small jar (I use a baby food jar) and shake until well-mixed.
  • Add 1 tsp to a sachet (you can use a coffee filter tied with a twistie) and toss in a very warm bath.
  • Let it steep for about 10 minutes, then soak away!

  1. I didn't have the flu, but I love herbal baths. I added salt because it is great for cleansing. These are some of my best liked scents. Old baby socks work great for a reuseable sachet and are durable enough to rub on your skin.

I'm a stay-at-home mom in Arizona. To earn a little side money, I promote lingerie at private home showings. My favorite cookbook is the Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook. I inherited my grandmother's, and it's been a mainstay in my home. I love to try new recipes, but I have a lot of limitations as far as my husband's allergies (nuts, citrus, melons). I love recipes that let me sneak veggies into the kids without their knowledge!
