Awesome! I've made several fish and chip recipes on the site and this one is now my favorite. Several times before I've had trouble with the batter sticking to the fish and ended up with more like scrambled fish by the end. This batter stuck to the fish really well. It came out very crispy just the way we like it. I'm guessing that coating the fish with the flour before the batter is what did the trick. Thanks Cookin Canadian for sharing an excellent recipe. Made for Spring PAC 2014.
