  1. Sorry, this was just ok for us. Didn't care for the lemon pepper. Thanks for posting.

  2. Used poorman steaks and the flavor was really good. Served it with Sauteed Mushrooms (91850).

  3. I cut the recipe down to serve 2 and used my new gadget the vacuum marinade attachment to my food saver. The meat was ready to grill in 30 minutes. It was very tender and well seasoned.

  4. I had 4 and tried this marinade, except I only had sesame oil on-hand. I worried about it, ie. the strong scent of the sesame oil might be too over-powering. When cooked, my dad exclaimed, "This is the best I've ever tasted!" And the stronger sesame oil didn't over-power like I had worried! Tasty marinade - thanks!

  5. I chose this because I had everything on hand and used filet wrapped in bacon that I bought at the supermarket. (I usually buy a whole filet and have it cut into 1 1/2 inch slices and freeze it.) Anyway - this was a really good marinade and we will use it again.
