Extra Easy Bisquick Pizza

"Another easy Bisquick recipe."

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups original Bisquick baking mix
• 1⁄3 cup very hot water
• 1 (8 ounce) can pizza sauce
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
• 1⁄2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1⁄2 cup chopped bell pepper
• 1 1⁄2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz.)

directions

1. Heat over to 450 and grease 12" pizza pan.
2. Stir together Bisquick and water, beat 20 strokes until a soft dough forms.
3. Press dough into pizza pan.
4. Spread sacue over dough.
5. Top with remaining ingredients.
6. Bake 12-15 minutes or untl crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

I used this recipe as a jumping off point and it worked well. I used a homemade bisquick copy (with mayonaise), homemade sauce, cheese, and ground beef. It was fast and easy and I was able to put it in lunches. Thanks!
