- 1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3⁄4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- cocoa powder (optional)
directions
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder and extract in a bowl; freeze mixture 30-60 minutes. Remove from freezer and form into 1" balls; roll in cocoa powder, if desired. Freeze 30 minutes or until firm.

Can I give this recipe 10 stars!!! It is heavenly and easy to make. I couldn't wait the additional 30 minutes, and had some truffles right away, and freezed the others for later. I did allow for the mixture to come to room temperature before forming them into balls. I found it was easier to do it that way. Otherwise, it was delicious!!!
