  • Brown meat in a large skillet. Drain and set aside.
  • Add  sesame oil to skillet. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and red pepper until tender.
  • Whisk together broth and cornstarch until smooth.
  • Add broth mixture, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce to the onion mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for one minute.
  • Add ground meat and coat with sauce.
  • Toss meat mixture with cooked pasta and sprinkle with green onions.
