- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 4 salmon fillets (1/4 pound each)
directions
- Sprinkle salmon fillets with curry powder, salt and sugar.
- Spray a skillet with Pam and set over medium high heat.
- Add fish to pan and cook until done, about 5-10 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fish.

<p>I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes.
