Easy Mouth Watering Southern Cornbread

- Ready In:
1 pan cornbread
- 1 1⁄4 cups self rising flour (note if using reg flour just add 1/2 tsp Salt & 2 tsp. b soda)
- 3⁄4 cup cornmeal
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- preheat oven at 400 degrees.
- Combine together and put into a buttered or sprayed pan bake 20-25 minute.

I Love to cook. I started first by getting all of my moms old family recipes and then my favorites continued by passed on recipes of friends and old co workers and I put them all in the computer ONE BY ONE in catigories, tedious but worth it cause now I have THE best cookbook ever.
