- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 8 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust (9 inch)
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix room-temperatured cream cheese, butter, yogurt, and sugar until smooth. Add slightly beaten eggs, flour, and lemon juice, mixing just enough to incorporate. Pour filling into prepared crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 50 min to 1 hours Let the cake cool in oven with the door closed. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
