ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 ³⁄₄ cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 cups apples, peeled & thinly sliced
1 cup walnuts, chopped

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease & flour a 13" x 9" pan.
In a large bowl, mix ingredients in the order given.
Spread in prepared pan.
Bake @ 350 for 50 - 60 minutes.
After it's cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar & enjoy!
