ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups raisins
- 1 cup nuts (pecans, walnuts)
- 2 tablespoons french vanilla international cream
directions
- Cream butter, sugar and eggs well in mixer on low/med.
- Stir in the raisins and nuts, mix well.
- Fill tarts little more than half full and bake at 325° for 25 minute.
- I bake exactly 27min.but check after about 23.every oven is different.
