  • 1 12 cups packed brown sugar
  • 12 cup softened butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 1 cup nuts (pecans, walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons french vanilla international cream

  • Cream butter, sugar and eggs well in mixer on low/med.
  • Stir in the raisins and nuts, mix well.
  • Fill tarts little more than half full and bake at 325° for 25 minute.
  • I bake exactly 27min.but check after about 23.every oven is different.
