  1. Sorry these just did not turn out . I cut the recipe in half to make 6 muffins but only got 4. I think you have ingredient amounts mixed up Maybe 1 1/2 cups flour and 1 cup sugar . I am not sure. They looked nice halfway thru the baking then fell in the center leaving a big hard sugary crust all around. I also only used about 3/4 of ONE apple and it was plenty. You give no directions for the apples but I have made apple muffins before and knew to peel and diced them. They are very sweet which is another hint that the ingredients could possibly be wrong Made for PAC Fall 2009

Hello, I'm just an average person, with a cooking hobby. I had a black cat named Sooty before, but I recently moved so he is with another family currently. I go to High School . I dont have a favorite cookbook because I like to improvise most of the time. When I'm older I want to go on that show 'Masterchef'. I'm famous for making pizzas because my family thouroughly enjoy them. My favorite restaurant is Black Stump. My favorite thing to cook is pizza, because it is just so simple to make an italian dish with all of the ingredients i can find.
