- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄8 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Mix wet ingredients well, put aside.
- Mix dry ingredients, except flower.
- Mix both together, adding flower constantly, stop once very thick.
- bake for 1 and a 1/2 hours at 210 degrees, take out, and ENJOY.
