"I never buy taco seasoning mix, since this is very easy to mix up. I usually have all of the ingredients on hand, so I make a big batch and store it in an airtight container until taco night. Also good for enchiladas, burritos, and dips!"

• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 1⁄4 teaspoon dried Mexican oregano
• 1⁄4 teaspoon dried cilantro

1. Mix all of the spices together and store in an airtight container. Use as little or as much as you like, depending on the amount of meat you are seasoning.
