  • Combine flour, baking soda, and splenda in a large bowl and sift until fluffy.
  • Mix milk, applesauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk in a separate bowl.
  • Slowly add liquid mix to the dry while constantly stirring. (it will be a thicker batter).
  • Start to fold in the apples until even throughout batter.
  • Srapy Pam on a muffin pan and spoon the batter to the top of each cup for larger muffins. ( for smaller fill 3/4).
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until tops are golden.
  • Let cool and enjoy!
