"From Dom DeLuise. Dom's preferred way to serve these is as a side dish, but they can also be used as appetizers."

  1. Absolutely delicious recipe, I follow it exactly, and they’re perfect.

  2. I made these to munch on during the Sunday Football games. I like that they do not have sausage inthem like a lot of stuffed mushrooms do, I felt just a little less guilty eating so many! They had a great flavor! Made for Zaar Stars Tag.

  3. I have been making these for years from Dom's cookbook - they are excellent! So happy to see them posted. It is a very forgiving recipe. I use this as my base recipe and change it up with what is currently fresh, on hand and what I am in the mood for.

  4. Yummm!! I used baby bellas and they were great! I also had made fresh bread crumbs from some sour dough that needed to be used up, altho they were 2 days old when I used them in this recipe. I added kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to the egg/bread crumb mixture and used fresh parsley from the garden and freshly grated parm too. We enjoyed them and have some for leftovers which makes us very happy! Thanks for posting.

  5. I love mushrooms! But I felt the 'breadcrumb' taste overwhelmed the other flavors. I'd decrease the amount of breadcrumbs. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
