- Ready In:
- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
- 1⁄2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup cream, whipped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- Disolve jello and sugar in 1/2 cup boiling water. Cool.
- Add pecans, cottage cheese and pineapple juice.
- When almost set, add whipped cream and mayonaise.
