"Try this flavorful vinegar in salad dressing or fish dishes. From an old Woman's Day magazine."

ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup fresh dill, chopped
• 1 teaspoon dill seed
• 1 quart cider vinegar

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a quart jar with tight fitting lid.
2. Cover and let stand at least two weeks.
3. Strain and use.
