- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (16 ounce) package turkey bacon, finely chopped
- 1 (12 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon salt or 1 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Heat olive oil in skillet on medium.
- Add chopped Turkey Bacon and Simply Potatoes with onions and garlic.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cook until mixture begins to brown and crisp. When nicely brown and crisp on one side , flip and brown and crisp on the other side.
