Delicious Chocolate Pie

ingredients

• 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 1⁄2 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 (10 inch) baked pie shells

directions

1. Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, milk and egg yolks together in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thckened, stirring continuously.
2. Pour into baked pie shell.
3. Top with cool whip or meringue made from 3 egg whites if desired.
4. This makes one very delicious chocolate pie.
